US Treasury anti-money laundering chief Gacki to join Citi as global head of sanctions

Andrea Gacki, the director of the U.S. Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), is departing to become Citigroup's global head of sanctions. Gacki, who has 25 years of government service, will start her new role at Citi on October 1, bringing extensive experience in sanctions and financial crime to help clients navigate complex landscapes. Jenna Casanova has been appointed as the acting FinCEN director following Gacki's departure.
