MacKenzie Realty Capital, Inc. CEO/President Robert E. Dixon reported indirect open-market purchases of 33,400 common shares via Berniece Patterson Legacy Trust. The trust bought 10,000 shares on August 7, 2026, at $1.59 and 23,400 shares on August 10, 2026, at $1.60. Dixon disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest.
