Tyson Foods board declares quarterly dividend

The board of directors of Tyson Foods Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend payment of 51 cents per share for Class A shareholders, payable on December 15. The annual dividend rate is $2.04 per share, yielding 3.42%. Class B shares, exclusively held by the Tyson Family, will receive approximately 46 cents per share and maintain a 10-to-1 voting ratio.
