AT&T closes €1.2B and $1.1B floating-rate note offerings due 2028

AT&T has successfully closed two floating-rate global note offerings due in 2028: one for €1.2 billion and another for $1.1 billion. The euro offering was underwritten by Deutsche Bank, while BNP Paribas led the underwriting for the dollar notes. These notes were issued under a 2013 indenture and registered on Form S-3.
