Energy Fuels’ Acquisition Of Australian Strategic Materials Wins Shareholder Approval

Energy Fuels is set to acquire Australian Strategic Materials (ASM) after ASM securityholders overwhelmingly approved the proposed transaction. This acquisition will expand Energy Fuels' rare earth operations by adding ASM’s Korean Metals Plant, a planned American Metals Plant, and the Dubbo Project. The deal aims to create an integrated Western rare earth supply chain, from mining to magnet production, with completion targeted for August 28, 2026.
