Pfizer Prepares Global Regulatory Litfulo Filings Following Skin Pigment Improvements In Late-Stage Trial

Pfizer has announced positive topline data from two Phase 3 clinical trials for LITFULO, its once-daily treatment for nonsegmental vitiligo (NSV). The trials showed significant improvements in skin repigmentation, leading Pfizer to prepare global regulatory submissions for the drug. LITFULO, previously approved for severe alopecia areata, demonstrated a consistent safety profile in these new studies.
