Boeing-Lockheed Martin’s ULA said to plan $500m private bond sale
United Launch Alliance (ULA), a joint venture between Boeing Co. and Lockheed Martin Corp., is reportedly planning to raise approximately $500 million through a private bond placement. This move is intended to refinance existing debt. The bonds will be sold directly to institutional investors, bypassing public markets, with US Bancorp, Mizuho Financial Group Inc., and Wells Fargo & Co. arranging the transaction.
