Crawford & Co repurchases 1 million shares of Class A stock from major shareholder

Crawford & Company announced it repurchased 1 million shares of its Class A Common Stock from Jesse C. Crawford, the company's majority shareholder, for approximately $12.8 million. The transaction, approved by the Audit Committee and Board, was executed at a 3% discount to the market price. Following the repurchase, the company will have 28,686,832 Class A shares and 18,904,905 Class B shares outstanding.
