First Trust Portfolios L.P., First Trust Advisors L.P., and The Charger Corporation have collectively reported a beneficial ownership of 1,049,564 shares, or 5.42%, in Turning Point Brands, Inc. This stake is primarily held through unit investment trusts and other managed accounts, with shared voting and dispositive powers. The reporting entities, however, disclaim beneficial ownership of these shares, which are voted by the trustee in a pro-rata manner.
