AvalonBay Communities (AVB) received notice of delisting from the NYSE following a completed merger. Trading in AvalonBay common shares was halted before market open on August 17, 2026, and ERP Operating Partnership intends to file Form 15 to suspend AvalonBay's reporting obligations. The delisting process was initiated by the NYSE filing Form 25.
