AT&T closes sale of floating rate notes totaling $2.3B
AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) has completed the sale of two tranches of floating rate notes, raising a total of approximately $2.3 billion. The offering included €1.2 billion in Euro-denominated notes and $1.1 billion in U.S. dollar-denominated notes, both maturing in 2028. Deutsche Bank AG and BNP Paribas Securities Corp. served as underwriters for the respective offerings.
